I doubted the shortbread’s ability to carry both sweetness and savoury powers, but each cookie is very well mixed and perfectly baked and not overpowering in any direction. I can taste the lightly sweetened “cookie” in each bite, but also the salty, smoky, vegetably, spicy, cheesy goodness as well.
